Beyond construction, New Edge Construction coordinates the full design process — civil engineering, architectural design, structural engineering, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems — working with licensed architecture and engineering partners to produce permit-ready construction drawings. Because the same team that manages design also builds the project, drawings are developed with constructability and budget in mind from day one, not handed off cold to a contractor after the fact. Design and civil work is available statewide across Florida and Georgia, independent of where the resulting construction takes place. Our current work includes permit and construction drawings for a new 4-story boarding school in Orlando, engineered to the 2020 Florida Building Code for a 150 MPH ultimate wind zone.
