About New Edge Construction

Since 2010, New Edge Construction has delivered commercial and residential construction from our Lake Mary home base out across Orlando metro, Tampa Bay, and Volusia County — from tenant build-outs and apartment renovations to custom homes, roofing, and pool construction. We hold both General Contractor and Roofing Contractor licenses in-house and carry full liability and workers' compensation coverage on every project.

What sets us apart isn't a longer list of services — it's a single accountable team. Most homeowners end up coordinating a general contractor and a separate roofer across one project. We hold both licenses, so one team scopes it, one team builds it, and one team stands behind the warranty.

Our service area scales with the project. Day-to-day trade work — roofing, pools, remodeling, tenant build-outs — stays close to home in Orlando metro, Tampa Bay, and Volusia County, where we can be on-site quickly. For large-scale commercial and institutional construction — hotels, assisted living facilities, shopping centers — we take on work statewide across Florida. And for civil, architectural, structural, and MEP design specifically, we serve clients throughout Florida and Georgia.
