Day-to-day commercial work — tenant build-outs, retail, office build-outs — is based in and around Orlando metro, Tampa Bay, and Volusia County. For large-scale commercial and institutional projects — hotels, assisted living facilities, shopping centers and retail developments — we take on work statewide across Florida. Current work includes a new 4-story, ~20,000 sq. ft. boarding school for Al Bukhari Islamic Center in Orlando, a project of comparable scale and complexity to hotel and institutional construction.
